Todd Graham is an educator, business consultant, mentor and professional speaker who has been at the forefront of business and technological change for over 25 years. Todd and his associates now focus their efforts on understanding demographic disruption, deglobalization and the application of technology in the management of social and business change.
 

Todd has been privileged to mentor and consult with many startup ventures and new entrepreneurs who are eager to make their dreams a reality. He presently works for Cape Breton University as manager of the Island Sandbox, a creative entrepreneurial project supported by the Nova Scotia Department of Education. 

Mr. Graham has a diverse educational and career background marrying his experience in technological change and social and economic development to a strategic approach for navigating transition with an outside-the-box perspective. Todd and his associates help people understand the many disruptions facing their organization, to break through the barriers and challenges ahead, and take a stride towards achieving their personal, business and professional goals.
